About Beth

As someone who has spent the last 20 years building long-lasting business partnerships and personal relationships while serving in the Las Vegas staffing industry, Beth Foster knows the intricacies and challenges of identifying talent and exceptional career opportunities and connecting the two. She describes her job as, “Interesting, never boring, and the possibilities of the relationships I can create motivate me every day.  I encounter people across all industries and verticals of work, and I am fascinated by the people I meet, businesses I get to engage with, and the rewards of helping people find great jobs, and being a part of a company’s success.”

Her passion stems from serving in both the Industrial and Professional Staffing Industries, where she is known for creating win-win-win scenarios! Positive, upbeat, and long-term focused, Beth challenges herself to believe in unlimited possibilities.

Beth’s industry experience began at Elite Personnel as a Sales Manager, where she built relationships with people and companies, that she still has the pleasure of working with today!  Throughout her career, she has worked in just about every vertical of business, and with all levels of positions from administrative to industrial to C-suite executive placements, and she enjoys it all!

Beth cares deeply about the companies and people she engages with.  She has a keen interest and an innate ability to find extraordinary talent. Beth Foster earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the City University of New York at Hunter College and holds a Certified Staffing Professional Designation from the American Staffing Association.
