A well known distribution center located in Garland, TX is seeking to add a warehouse associate to their growing team! Apply with AtWork Personnel to get started!

Shift: Monday through Friday
Shift hours: Midnight to 8:30am
Rate of pay: $18.50 per hour

WEEKLY PAY + HEALTH BENEFITS AFTER 30 DAYS

Job duties:

Read computer generated ticket to locate orders.
Stocking received merchandise in the appropriate location.
Unload and load pallets of products using pallet jacks and forklifts.
Stores and removes pallets of products from rack locations.
Puts product in overflow locations, hand stacks product onto/off of pallets and into packing locations.
Pick up leftover pallets at the end of shift.
Perform duties of order selector as needed.
Operate and maintain equipment associated with warehouse activity and performing other related duties as required.

Requirements:

1 year of warehouse distribution experience.
1 year of pallet jack and forklift operation
Must have double fork electric pallet jack experience
Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen

Qualifications:

Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment
Ability to work weekends as needed
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Reach truck experience is a plus

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age
Strong customer service and communication skills required
Ability to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds required
Ability to unload freight, to move product on and off of store shelves, to walk, stand, bend, stoop, or kneel for long periods of time, and to move freely throughout store on a continual basis required
Basic English literacy and math skills required
