We are Now seeking Order Selectors for a Warehouse in Tyler, TX!

Shift: 7:30AM-Finish, Monday – Friday
Weekends off!

Compensation: $15.50 – $16.50 per hour

Job Description:

As an Order Selector, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately and efficiently pull and fill customer orders. Your attention to detail, speed, and commitment to the job will ensure our customers receive their orders promptly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately and efficiently pull products from designated storage areas to fulfill customer orders.
Ensure all pulled items are in good condition and meet quality standards.
Organize and prepare pulled items for packaging and shipment.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet daily production goals.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Prior warehouse experience is essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and move items for the duration of the shift.
Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age
Strong customer service and communication skills required
Ability to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds required
Ability to unload freight, to move product on and off of store shelves, to walk, stand, bend, stoop, or kneel for long periods of time, and to move freely throughout store on a continual basis required
Basic English literacy and math skills required
