Job Details

AtWork Personnel is now hiring Picker/ Packers in Fort Worth, TX. 
Pay: $17/HR
Shift: 8AM-5PM

Requirements: 
  • Required to pick, pack, and assist with put-away of Long Stock product (product weight varies). 
  • Anything over 50lbs will be handled with stand-up forklift primarily and lifting help will be provided as need be.  
  • Regular stand-up forklift experience is required to load processed product on to LTL trailers. 
  • Required to learn how to process LTL (less than truck load) shipments to include generating Bol’s for shipments.
  • Equipment use for packing will be primarily RF Gun with some computer packing as well to generate carrier docs.
Must be able to pass a nationwide background check and a drug screen.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Strong customer service and communication skills required
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds required
  • Ability to unload freight, to move product on and off of store shelves, to walk, stand, bend, stoop, or kneel for long periods of time, and to move freely throughout store on a continual basis required
  • Basic English literacy and math skills required
