About Beth

Beth has enjoyed a successful career as a Market Manager, Business Development Professional, Executive Recruiter, and is currently an Executive Director Strategic Accounts with AtWork Personnel, a full-service Staffing Agency, headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada. Having spent the last 25 years building long-lasting business partnerships and personal relationships, Beth knows the intricacies of identifying quality talent and exceptional career opportunities and connecting the two. In her own words, she describes her job as “…Interesting, challenging and extremely rewarding. I engage with people across all industries and verticals of business, and I am fascinated by the people I meet!”

Beth cares deeply about the companies and people she engages with. She has a keen interest and an innate ability to find extraordinary talent. Beth’s industry experience began as a Sales Manager where she built relationships with people and companies she still has the pleasure of working with today. Throughout her career, she has worked in various verticals of business, and with all levels of positions from administrative to industrial to C-suite executive personnel, and she enjoys it all! She is positive, upbeat, and long-term focused. Beth challenges herself to believe in unlimited possibilities.

Beth earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the City University of New York at Hunter College and holds a Certified Staffing Professional Designation from the American Staffing Association.
